The ideal pole length depends on your height. As a general rule, your elbow should form roughly a 90-degree angle when holding the pole on level ground. For most users, we recommend:
110cm for heights 150–165cm (4'11"–5'5")
120cm for heights 165–180cm (5'5"–5'11")
130cm for heights 180–195cm (5'11"–6'5")
If you are between sizes, choose the shorter length for trail running and the longer length for hiking or backpacking.
